Making AI useful inside everyday business workflows
Context
Small businesses are surrounded by AI products, but many still struggle to understand where AI actually belongs inside day-to-day work.
What I worked on
- Ran workflow discovery for a physiotherapy clinic across its scheduling, project-management, and staff-communication tools, then turned the findings into workflow rules and a scoped integration roadmap.
- Developed a privacy-first assistant that works only with non-clinical operational information.
- Designed document-intake workflows for accounting practices — classification, naming, routing, progress tracking, missing-document follow-ups, and readiness checks.
- Defined exception handling, audit logs, and human approval controls so processing stays reliable and people stay in charge.
Approach
Start with the business process, identify repetitive or high-friction work, then determine whether automation, AI, or simply better software is the right solution.

From product idea to technical platform
Context
YoseeAI is an AI-powered SaaS platform for analysing customer reviews and responding to them.
What I worked on
- Delivered the platform across product engineering, backend workflows, and a Flutter application.
- Designed a chatbot with intent classification, retrieval, and safety guardrails, so responses stay grounded in supported information.
- Built the APIs behind ingestion, analysis, and response workflows.
- Deployed the AI services to the cloud and set up CI/CD for platform delivery.
Outcome
Taken from product requirements to a working platform — one of the two full products I’ve shipped.

Building and shaping a food technology product
Context
FoodyGuru is a food technology product with applications for diners and for restaurants.
What I worked on
- Owned the product roadmap, combining product direction with end-to-end technical delivery.
- Set up an integrated Agile delivery environment connecting planning and execution with documentation, source control, and CI/CD.
- Recruited, trained, and managed the development and UX teams while staying hands-on in product engineering.
- Built automated delivery pipelines and container deployments for staging and production.
Outcome
Delivered two Flutter applications across Android, iOS, and web, with payments and real-time ordering — the other of the two full products I’ve shipped.

Leading delivery across complex technology projects
Context
Pro-Inspector is ShlokLabs’ mobile inspection and audit platform for enterprise customers.
What I worked on
- Owned end-to-end delivery of an enterprise extension — planning, technical implementation, risk management, and warranty support.
- Replaced paper-based inspections with digital workflows: checklists generated at runtime, offline-first data, mapping, and signature capture.
- Facilitated Scrum, tracked progress through burndown, and reported status weekly; translated enterprise requirements into customisations and API integrations.
- Returned as Director of Engineering to lead the evolution of Pro-Inspector into Seyo.ai, a lighter SaaS offering, managing a team of 15+ and contributing to roadmap planning.
Recognition
Received a certificate of excellence for on-time, high-quality delivery and risk handling.

Started while I was still in college. Experimented a lot, mostly building mobile applications, and learned requirements, delivery, and hiring along the way.
